Well, as some of you know I'm moving house at the moment and where I'm moving to won't have internet there for a year! So what I'm asking is are there ways in which I can get internet at this house, suitable for gaming on MTA and surfing the web for around $20 USD a month? Or is that too low a price?
Where are you, what cell phone companies are there?
Also, some sort of basic address would be good, in the US, like a zip code. There are cellular modems you can get, the ping wont be the best but they work.
Since youre near my area why dont you invest in a USB Modem, get like 3 or Dodo or Vodaphone and it's prepaid, so its like $30AU for 2GB or $150 for 12GB. I have one and they give pretty good pings for gaming too

he means 12 megabytes per second download speed, its a measurement of connection speed...
Wait... so 12GB is meant to last a year!?!?!?!?!? ummm... What happens if you use the 12GB up? And how many KB/MB/GB would it take to play, say an hour on MTA?

I'm not sure about you but 12 gigs wouldn't last very long at all for me I would just try to find some cheap DSL service that you pay monthly for that would be cheaper..Not sure if you have NET ZERO in your area but in my area is pretty cheap. Hope this helped a bit.

The prepaid wireless modem has a limit of how much data you can use. Most likely when the data is up, you just pay to get more data credits. Since its pre-paid, you just keep buying more data allowances. The lasting a year thing means that if you buy 12GB, then you have a year to use up that data before it expires and you have to buy more credits. Jack, dont assume you know what people mean, a speed of 12Mbps does not made sense over wireless cellular anyway.
