I vote Yea (keep ban).  He's pretty hypocritical (if you're able to wade through the wave of shitty typing, that is) and broken far too many rules.

I personally do not have any examples of this kid doing any wrong so I cannot base it off of experience, however I trust both of you two and if you guys do not like him, then keep the ban.
