Each Complaint will be handled by a Third Party Referee.
The Referee will be an Admin from our server that isn't related to this complaint.
After your complaint has been posted, please do not post again until a Referee has posted. If your complaint doesn't follow the proper form structure, the Referee will most likely request for your to fix your post.
Any posts added to the thread before the Referee has posted will be deleted.
NO UNRELATED PERSON SHALL POST IN AN ACTIVE CASE
The Referee will post in the thread and move it to the In Progress section.
The Referee will ask for the accused to post their side of the story. After which the Referee will ask for additional evidence and/or provide server logs. The Referee, once he/she has deemed that all evidence has been provided, will make a decision relating to the case.
After the decision has been handed down, the thread will be moved to the Resolved section. After which the case will be 'closed', and the community may then post commentary.Referee's are advised to structure their initial post like:
I will be refereeing this complaint. Would the accused please post your side of the events. Any unrelated posts will be removed from this thread. After hearing from all involved parties, I may ask for further explanation or evidence. You must provide such explanation or evidence in a timely manor. After I feel I have been given all the evidence available, I will make a decision and open this thread to commentary from the community.
